Designing the yard!
We are starting to create a plan for the front yard at Glebe CI should really look, in the hopes of redesigning it for Canada's 10th anniversary. We will be planting flowers, raking leaves for compost, getting rid of old scrap metal and bike racks and overall improving the health of the environment in our front yard. We will also be creating a more comprehensive proposal for a complete overhaul of the yard. If you have any ideas or want to help with the manual labour please send us an email at green4glebe@gmail.com or come out to a meeting in room 424 at lunch on Tuesday. E-waste 2018!
TWIGS will be holding our annual e-waste collection in May. For information on what items are recyclable, check out this link to the Ontario Electronics Stewardship website: http://ontarioelectronicstewardship.ca/accepted-electronics-and-product-clarification/ Please donate you electronics to have them properly and safely recycled. Vegetable Garden
