21 is an organisation founded by Spencer Hart and Raven Atwell to support parents of children with Down syndrome.  21 helps parents prepare to care for a child with Down syndrome and generally provides advice for couples impacted by down syndrome.  Spencer and Raven are dedicated to improving the lives of families affected by Down syndrome.  When Spencer and Raven learned that Raven was pregnant, they were ecstatic, unfortunately, they discovered late in pregnancy that their son would have Down syndrome.  Unlike many Down syndrome pregnancies, it was successful, and in 1981, Ignacio Hart was born.  Spencer and Raven spent the next thirty years struggling with and learning about Down syndrome, their hardships and discoveries pushed them to create 21, a company aimed at supporting other couples going through the same stress and joy as they did.
